New to Flying ?
We welcome you here and appreciate the referrals and trust from local flight schools and the university profession pilot program. If you have any medical issues or use medications on a regular basis we encourage you to contact our office first, so that we can make a plan to address any special requirements from the FAA.
Change in health conditions?
If you have a new or change in your health condition it may require additional documentation. Please contact us and we can work with you to assist in renewals or certification process.
Special Issuance – Please contact our office prior to the exam if you have a special issuance from the FAA. You must bring this letter with you to the examination. We can not proceed until all elements in that letter have been complied with. We can review it with you prior to your appointment.
What you need to do:
MedExpress – please complete your MedExpress on-line history before coming to the office and contact us with your MedExpress number.
For to Exam:
- You must bring a photo identification
- Vision: if you wear contacts or glasses bring them to the exam and make sure your eye exam is current. We recommend annual eye exams done just before your FAA exam.
- Blood Pressure – take your medication as prescribed. Contact us about a compliance form for your prescriber to complete.
